Excel templates are a life-saver.
Previously we have explored the best Excel templates for project management and tracking and easy ways to create a business budget. These proved to be popular so we asked Anthony Stevens to present his best Excel templates for organizing day-to-day activities.
Managing your day-to-day activities is challenging if you have multiple tasks.
It requires Marie Kondo-like organizational skills.
You need to be meticulous in tracking every detail if you want to avoid missed appointments and deadlines, forgotten medications, events, commitments, and other equally essential activities or tasks.
If you are doing all these on your own, if you do not have an assistant or partner who’ll constantly remind you about your tasks, it’s going to be quite difficult.
Using a planner and setting reminders on your smartphone can help, but you need something more comprehensive and convenient. This is where Excel templates come in.
Microsoft Excel has a template for practically anything you need.
- If you are looking for something to help you manage your expenses, Excel has it. This expense tracker and these expense report templates from excel-templates.com may also be useful.
- If you want an event organization template, Excel has some built-in templates you can use.
- If you need inventory templates for your business, check out these Excel templates or explore the Excel template library.
Excel templates have been extremely helpful for those who have been using them for years. They are pre-designed, so they have all the elements you need for comprehensive task management.
Templates are also simple, easy to download, and flexible as you can use them on your laptop, desktop, tablet, and smartphone.
Whether you work at home or are away from the house, you can regularly update your templates.
If you are not sure yet which template you need, check out the following list of some of the most popular Microsoft Excel templates for your day-to-day activities.
